X Factor‘s Honey G looked unrecognisable in new snaps showing off her post-workout body after completing the Hertfordshire Triathlon in Welwyn Garden City on Sunday.
The rapper, 42, posed with her medal at the finish line in body-tight lycra, exhibiting her athletic build.
In the post to 90,200 Instagram followers, the musician opened up about how doing more challenging physical events helped her ‘build confidence’.

Honey, whose real name is Anna Georgette Gilford, wrote: ‘I’m very proud of myself having now completed my 3rd Triathlon.
‘I never knew I would become this passionate about a type of sport and I have truly fallen into triathlon by chance.
‘Thank you @eventsatw for motivating me and encouraging me to do your events it’s built my confidence a lot and helped me to believe in myself more and show me how capable I am.’

The singer, who soared to fame in 2016, also shared a selfie with a friend from the triathlon, smiling at the camera with some sporty shades and her hair up in a ponytail.
Her grinning pal held up a cycling helmet in the back, as the star revealed she forgot to bring her own to the event.
In the caption, Honey penned: ‘Thank you Tom for lending me your helmet today I got into a right flap having turned up and realised I forgot my helmet.’
Last December the star shared incredible photos after dropping down three sizes after lockdown.
Honey transformed her figure after dropping from a size 18 to a size 12 during the coronavirus pandemic.
She had revealed in an interview at the time that she can now wear clothes she ‘wouldn’t have dreamt of wearing’ previously, and even now enjoys wearing sexy lingerie.

Speaking to Closer magazine, Honey told how ditching her trademark baseball caps and bomber jackets for sleek ensembles following her weight loss has given her a boost in confidence as she’s inundated with compliments.
She explained: ‘I used to wear loose and baggy clothes that went up to a size 18, but I’ve thrown most of them away as my taste has matured. Now I wear outfits I wouldn’t have dreamt of wearing, and I can fit into nice underwear from Victoria’s Secret.
She admitted that she went through times of feeling that she had no ‘sex appeal’ but delightedly said that things have now changed for her after she had worked ‘so hard’ to transform her figure, adding it has been several years since she ‘felt this good’ about herself.

In 2020 Honey showed off her new look after completing a charity triathlon, and admitted she’d done more exercise in lockdown than she had ‘in her whole life.’
She shared a glimpse of her new physique in a skintight leotard after completing a triathlon, which consisted of a 750m swim, 20km cycle and a 5km run.
Honey also took part in a triathlon in September 2021, sharing an Instagram photo of her athletic figure at the finish line at Box End Park.
Amid the pandemic, she told The Daily Star that after struggling to commit to a diet, Honey decided to overhaul her fitness regime during lockdown after failing to maintain her previous weight loss.

She embraced virtual spinning classes, running and open-water swimming sessions to help her shed two stone, along with Hatha Yoga classes.
She explained: ‘Lockdown has proved to me that doing lots of exercise can make you lose weight.
‘I went to see a top obesity specialist and a dietician in the past and I was trying to lose weight by changing my diet but during lockdown I combined changing my diet and doing a large amount of exercise.
‘I’ve been probably doing more exercise in lockdown than I have in my whole life.’
