MAFS star Al Perkins shocks his co-stars as he rips off his budgy smugglers at the dinner party

Married At First Sight’s confident groom Al Perkins is known to go to very unusual lengths to help ‘break the ice’ at the very tense dinner parties.

And Wednesday night was no exception, with the 25-year-old carpenter performing a striptease for his co-stars.

Al removed his very smart white jacket and dived across the dinner table, before ripping off his patterned budgy smugglers to shocked gasps from the group.

Breaking the ice! Married At First Sight’s confident groom Al Perkins (pictured), 25, shocked his co-stars at Wednesday night’s dinner party when he ripped off his BUDGY SMUGGLERS in order to ease the tension

‘I feel like there’s so much drama between [the] new couples and I felt the tension. I felt the tension there, but I’m going to break that,’ Al said in a piece to camera.

Al stood up, got the attention of the group, and put on his smart white suit jacket.

He then performed a striptease, throwing his suit jacket off, before diving across the table multiple times and proceeding to rip off his budgy smugglers.

While most of his co-stars found it hilarious, expert John Aiken found it concerning.

‘I do get worried though that he may overplay it and Sam (his ‘wife’) may just decide this guy’s just a party boy,’ he said to fellow experts Mel Schilling and Alessandra Rampolla.

‘I mean it is playful and it’s extroverted… funny… but you know we are seeing a pattern.’

Alessandra agreed, saying ‘it’s a pattern that plays into Sam’s concerns about him.’

Al’s ‘wife’ Samantha Moitzi did in fact reveal her concerns in a piece to camera.

‘It makes me feel like he hasn’t got that emotional intelligence. He’s all over the place, like I don’t know who he is,’ she said.

Co-star Selin Mengu, who was avoiding her husband Anthony Cincotta at all measures, found humour in the situation, describing Al as ‘a trooper’.

However Brent Vitiello shielded his eyes, later revealing in a piece to camera that he ‘freaks out’ around ‘dirty’ or ‘soggy’ feet.

‘I hate dirty or unlooked after feet, so the whole soggy feet thing after the shoe that’s what freaks me out the most,’ the hospitality entrepreneur said.

Al’s wife Sam was equally disturbed, finding fault in his maturity levels.

‘My worst fear is about Al’s maturity having come true. He’s already done a ‘shoey’ which is so embarrassing,’ she vented.
