Kansas City -3 over L.A. CHARGERS

Really, I just hope that Donald Parham Jr. is OK after that scary-looking injury.

Las Vegas -1.5 over CLEVELAND

Look, if a team is concerned about not having enough players to actually play a game, you should probably bet against them.

New England +2.5 INDIANAPOLIS

This seems almost too good to be true: The Pats getting points. While we’re still a bit sceptical, there’s no denying that New England has all aspects of their game working right now, though stopping Jonathan Taylor is a tough task.

PHILADELPHIA -7 over Washington

Normally we would fade a team like the Eagles coming off their bye, but Washington just has too many question marks coming into this one.

We apologize, but this video has failed to load.

BUFFALO -11 over Carolina

The Panthers are talking about rotating three QBs, which tells you how their season is going. Josh Allen is dealing with a bum wheel, but that doesn’t scare us off.

New York Jets +9.5 over MIAMI

The Dolphins are the hotter and more talented team here, but this is a rivalry game and the Fins might look a little slow coming off their bye – especially with COVID cases cropping up.

NEW YORK GIANTS +10.5 over Dallas

The Giants were crushed by the Cowboys earlier this season, but the Dallas offence hasn’t been up to its high standard of late. With Dak Prescott looking off and both Ezekiel Elliott and Tony Pollard ailing, we’ll hesitantly take the points.

PITTSBURGH +1.5 over Tennessee

Neither team is particularily appealing in this matchup, but we’ll take a look their surrounding schedules. The Steelers have had some extra time since their thriller last Thursday, while the Titans may be looking ahead to their coming Thursday nighter.

Houston +3.5 over JACKSONVILLE

Getting out from under Urban Meyer is a good thing for sure, but with how bad these two teams are, why are the Jags giving more than a field goal?

DETROIT +13 over Arizona

They may have just one win this season, but the Lions have a very strong record against the spread. The Cards will bounce back from Monday’s loss, but this line is too high for us.

SAN FRANCISCO -9.5 over Atlanta

This is right in the range where we’re a bit iffy giving up the points, but the fact of the matter is that the Falcons’ six wins are a paper-thin, with most coming against poor opposition or in opportune matchups. The Niners are only getting better down the stretch and have finally established a home-field advantage.

DENVER -2.5 over Cincinnati

We have an incredibly close matchup here when you look at DVOA, but the Broncos have the horses to grind down the Bengals. Zac Taylor will have his hands full trying to scheme his way past Vic Fangio’s defence.

Green Bay -5 over BALTIMORE

The Ravens are at the point of no return when it comes to injuries and Lamar Jackson’s ankle sprain is the tipping point. The Packers have an excellent ATS record which they should build on.

Seattle +4.5 over L.A. RAMS

The Rams have been one of the harder-hit teams in the latest COVID crisis and was fortunate to escape Monday with a win over the Cards. The luck runs out this week in another rivalry matchup.

New Orleans +10.5 over TAMPA BAY

The Saints have been dominant in this rivalry, so why not take the points? It might be a trap, but the bait smells a bit too good.

CHICAGO +3.5 over Minnesota

The Bears may have just one win in their past eight games, but their schedule has been filled with a murderers’ row of playoff contenders. The Vikes come off a game last Thursday in which they nearly blew a massive lead – again. This is shaping up to be a close one.

Last week: 8-6

This season: 94-113-1
